The Central Records Department provides a records system to assist in compiling complete and accurate medical and programmatic information. This information is used to promote the best quality care, to substantiate reimbursement claims, and to protect the legal interest of the individuals served by the NMRC, healthcare provider, and the Center. This information is also used in quality review and research.

All information and records obtained in the provision of services are confidential and will be protected from unauthorized use and disclosure.
