The Human Resources Department serves as a business/strategic partner to the wide array of departments at NMRC, helping to provide highly qualified, well-trained employees in over 65 different types of positions. Encompassing Risk Management and Security, the Human Resources Department strives to serve over 900 employees and various departments by performing essential functions such as, budget preparation/management, position management, and program safety/security in addition to value-added services such as benefits administration and career/retirement planning. Our team of professionals combines over 150 years of state government experience to ensure all employees receive the latest, most up-to-date information and experience a pleasant environment in the pursuit of their goals while supporting the mission of NMRC.
