The Information Technology Department (IT) provides a full range of management information services for all departments of the North Mississippi Regional Center. This includes responsibilities for long range planning and implementation of new information computer systems which best meet the requirements of user departments. The (IT) Department is comprised of four full-time employees. The IT staff strive to deliver the highest quality service and support to NMRC. In the area of Business Systems Analysis and Development, we provide business process and third party software application support for NMRC's critical systems. IT staff also provide Systems/Network/Technical Administration and Support to all departments within NMRC. We support the network infrastructure, the Windows servers running NMRC's client management systems and other supporting business applications, and the email system. Additionally, the User Technical Support staff provide hardware and software support for desktop computers.
