Twenty-four hour a day, seven day a week nursing service is provided to the individuals receiving ICF/IID services on the NMRC's Oxford campus. Nursing service is also provided to the individuals in the Center's ICF/IID community homes. NMRC offers a vast array of nursing services and opportunities, including:
- Assisting physicians in evaluating and treating numerous syndromes and congenital abnormalities
- Specialized treatment of a vast array of seizure disorders
- Specialized feeding techniques
- Intermittent catheterizations
- Psychotropic medications
- Phlebotomy
- Colostomy care
- Medication administration
- Vagus Nerve Stimulators
- Intrathecal Baclofen pumps
- Neurology Clinics
- Client care and daily contact
